danceFLOW qigong/taichi Special Edition
Come Into Bloom 🌸
8 Weeks · Small Group · A Gentle Way to Begin
🌿 What is danceFLOW?
danceFLOW is a gentle, rhythm-based movement practice inspired by qigong and tai chi—traditions developed to help people move, breathe, and restore with ease.
There is no performance. No pressure.
As the body settles… the mind begins to quiet.
And when rhythm returns, tension softens — and things begin to flow.
🌿 What This Is
An 8-week experience that combines:
- gentle danceFLOW qigong/taichi movement
- simple reflection mindfulness prompts
- optional sharing and life memories capture
It’s designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and begin capturing your life stories—in your own way.
🌸 Why This Exists
When we slow down and move with awareness:
- the mind becomes quieter
- memories begin to surface
- moments reconnect
From there, something natural happens:
your life memories and stories begin to take shape.
This program creates space for that—without forcing it.
🧘♂️ How It Works
Each session follows a simple rhythm:
- gentle movement (inspired by qigong/taichi exercises)
- guided mindfulness prompts
- quiet reflection
- optional sharing
After class, you’re welcome to stay and capture thoughts, voice notes, or simply sit with what came up. There’s no strict structure—just space.
🌿 Extend the Experience (Optional)
Some participants may also choose to:
- walk by Spencer Smith Park
- sit lakeside in reflection
- continue conversations
- or gather casually after
Alone or together—whatever feels right.
👥 Small & Supportive
- A small, supportive in-studio group designed for a calm, personal experience
- Optional online participation available
This keeps the space calm, personal, and supportive.
