🧓🏼 Do participants need a partner to join?
No! Many of our dance and movement programs are designed to be solo-friendly, including line dancing, danceFLOW qigong/tai chi, and danceTONE cardio. Partner dances are optional and can be done with instructors or in small groups.
🪑 Are your classes suitable for seniors with limited mobility or who use a wheelchair?
Yes. We specialize in inclusive programs that are adaptable for standing or seated participation. We also work with residents with Parkinson’s, arthritis, hearing/vision impairments, and other accessibility needs.
🧠 Do your programs support memory or cognitive health?
Absolutely. Our dance programs combine music, movement patterns, and social interaction—all scientifically shown to improve memory, mental clarity, and mood in older adults. Think of it as brain gym through dance!
🕒 How long are the sessions, and how often can we book them?
Typical sessions are 30 to 45 minutes and can be booked monthly. We offer customizable packages for long-term care homes, independent living residences, and private groups.

We serve Burlington, Hamilton, Oakville, Stoney Creek, Grimsby, Niagara, Ancaster, Waterdown and Milton. We also offer virtual sessions via Zoom for communities or individuals outside our service area.
