Smooth, elegant, and confidence-building. Perfect for couples, singles, and anyone wanting to move with grace and connection.
danceTONE Cardio Fitness
A joyful, music-driven cardio workout that builds strength, stamina, and coordination — without the pressure of a gym.
danceFLOW Qigong / Tai Chi
Gentle, mindful movement focused on balance, posture, breathing, and stress relief. Ideal for all ages and fitness levels.

Q: What styles will I get to try?
You’ll sample beginner Ballroom (e.g., Waltz, Foxtrot, ChaCha, Rumba), Salsa/Latin, Jive/Swing, and danceTONE/danceFLOW fitness.
Q: Do I need a partner?
Not at all, as we have some student volunteers who will assist in partnering! Couples who came for a date night will stay with their partner. For Singles, we encourage rotating partners to make new friends.
Q: Is this for beginners?
Absolutely — this is designed for first-timers, absolute beginners and/or returning dancers who want a refresh! Current Student Members as well as Alumni are encouraged to bring friends!
