Ballroom Dance Champions take the lead in presenting free educational seminars with guest speakers from the Organic Growers Association and Arthritis Society of Ontario

Robert Tang and Beverley Cayton-Tang are passionate about helping people stay healthy, fit, and young through fun alternative fitness activities. Their dance company, danceScape, is hosting two free “LifeSTYLE Seminars” featuring Tanmayo Krupanszky from the Canadian Organic Growers Association on Monday, May 2nd, and Lorna Anstruther from The Arthritis Society of Ontario on Thursday, May 5th. Both seminars start at 7:15 p.m. followed by refreshments and fun dance lessons in danceTONE, Ballroom, Latin/Salsa, and Lindy Hop.

New FREE "Life Makeover" Seminar Inspires People to Health & Fitness

danceScape has launched a new "Life Makeover" Seminar series where they and other guest panelists share health, nutrition, and stress management tips, as well as participate in fun Dance Fitness and Couples Dancing lessons in danceTONE, Ballroom and Latin/ Salsa (partner not necessary). Joining danceScape's Robert Tang in this "Ballroom-side Chat/Seminar" will be Nutrition Expert, Michele Benoit who will share her inspirational story about coping with Celiac Disease and provide tips about food, diet and a wholelistic approach to health and wellness.
