danceScape hosted the performance pod at the corner of Brant & Elgin during Downtown Streetfest
danceScape recently hosted the performance pod at the corner of Brant & Elgin Street.

- Level 1 Swing Class
- Two Competitive Teen Couples
- Level 1 Teen Class
Each set concluded with an interactive learning segment where we'll get you up and moving!
On Saturday, June 14th, danceScape hosted Tahira's Bellydance Studio at 1:00 p.m. Troupe Shevine performed to Ancient Ruins and Spectacular Rhythms of the Middle East, the Shevine Dancers performed a cane dance to El Salam.
Continuing on Saturday afternoon, at 2:15 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. danceScape welcomed the 'Manning Irish Dancers', a non-competitive group and dedicate our time to performing in festivals, parties, etc. in Burlington and surrounding areas.
Saturday evening, danceScape returned to the stage at 8:00 and 9:15 with performances by:
- Alida and Tariq Esmail (a sister-brother duo)
- Two Competitive Teen Couples
- Joy Fung (and her instructor Trevor Copp)
- Level 1 Teen Class
Once again, each set finished with a chance for audience members to learn some of the dances they've seen!
