Tiffany Robinson acknowledges that she's addicted.

But it's a good compulsion -- one that helps her stay healthy, keeps her body and her mind in high gear and gives her a creative outlet.

"I'm a salsa addict," said the 38-year-old Indianapolis woman during IntoSalsa's dance party at the Red Room in Broad Ripple. Robinson, clinical operations director for the Gennesaret Free Clinic, hits the floor at least two or three times a week.

"It's the kind of thing that gets in your soul. If I didn't do salsa, I'd be on Prozac," she said, with a laugh. "I do it as a form of expression. But it gets your heart rate going. You can sweat a lot."
