CARDIOKE® creator Billy Blanks Jr®, and his wife Sharon Catherine Blanks®, have launched a national tour campaign targeting the US childhood obesity epidemic. Most children don't like to work out however they have quickly taken to this program. The tour is set to hit as many US public schools as possible absolutely FREE of charge to the schools. This high energy interactive show involves the entire student body and staff by getting them moving with a 30 minute CARDIOKE® workout followed by a musical game show and educational/motivational ending. Teaching students how to take initiative on maintaining and or improving their health. The event promises to inspire, educate, and uplift the nations youth. CARDIOKE® is part Cardio and part group Karaoke! Created and developed by the fitness industry's new superstar Billy Blanks Jr®, to dispel the myth that working out can't be fun.
