Obesity is Now Top Health Threat

A new study conducted by researchers from Columbia University and the City College of New York shows that "Obesity" has now surpassed smoking as the top health threat. It is hitting people of all ages, and especially teens and youths. Obesity is a complex disease that can lead to diabetes, liver disease, heart disease, sleep apnea, joint replacement and other problems.

Get Fit with danceTONE & ZUMBA

With the busy lifestyle that most of us have, It can be very challenging to eat healthy and exercise more.

Alternative fitness programs such as danceTONE and Zumba bring the "fun" to exercise, and are designed to meet your health and wellness goals. danceTONE (for women only) is a low impact dance-based workout that incorporates Rumba, Cha Cha, Samba and Jive/Swing Ballroom/Latin dance steps. Zumba (open to both men and women) is a higher impact cardio program that incorporates Salsa, Meregue and other Columbian-based Latin dance steps.
