FOX's Foot-Stomping, Toe-Tapping "So You Think You Can Dance" Returns for Season Four

It's time to pop, lock and drop in for an all-new season of SO YOU THINK YOU CAN DANCE, the Emmy Award-winning hit series and television's hottest original dance show premiering Thursday, May 22 (8:00-10:00 PM ET/PT) and Wednesday, May 28 (8:00-10:00 PM ET/PT) on FOX.

Hosted by Cat Deeley, SO YOU THINK YOU CAN DANCE continues to awe viewers as dancers compete in everything from hip-hop to salsa and disco to jive as they strive to be named America's Favorite Dancer.

Nigel Lythgoe and Mary Murphy will return this season as weekly judges. Each week, the third judging position will be filled by top choreographers including Mia Michaels, Napoleon D'umo and Tabitha D'umo and Adam Shankman, among others.

During the Season Four auditions, Lythgoe, Murphy and a guest judge traveled around the country in search of dancers who represent the rhythm of America. Episodes featuring auditions held in Dallas, Charleston, Salt Lake City, Los Angeles, Milwaukee and Washington, DC, will air on two consecutive Thursdays: May 22 (8:00-10:00 PM ET/PT) and May 29 (8:00-10:00 PM ET/PT), as well as two consecutive Wednesdays: May 28 (8:00-10:00 PM ET/PT) and June 4 (8:00-10:00 PM ET/PT).

Talented dancers who spark the judges' interest during auditions are invited to call-backs in Las Vegas. The Las Vegas Round will air Thursday, June 5 (8:00-10:00 PM ET/PT) during which the Top 20 finalists - 10 guys and 10 girls - will be announced.

It will then be up to America to help decide who remains in the competition. The first performance show featuring the Top 20 will air Wednesday, June 11 (8:00-10:00 PM ET/PT). The following night, Thursday, June 12 (9:00-10:00 PM, live ET/PT tape-delayed), the first LIVE results show will reveal the three couples with the fewest votes. These six dancers perform solo routines in front of the judges who then decide who stays in the competition and who goes home.

Once the series is down to the Top 10 finalists, it's solely up to America to decide who remains in the competition. Following the performance shows, viewers can vote for their favorite couples. The live results shows reveal who keeps dancing and who is eliminated from the competition.
