He says it's his Christmas gift to the people of the region. Rinat Mouzafarov has choreographed a Ballet show using the story of a children's book as his guide. Rinat's Classical Ballet Company and the Institute of Dance and Ballet Theater are presenting Gloria The Christmas Angel at Minot State University this weekend.
