danceScape was founded by Robert Tang and Beverley Cayton-Tang, former 3-time Canadian and 2-time North American Undefeated Amateur Ballroom Champions. The Tangs have made guest appearances as dance experts on W-Network, Slice, Discovery Health USA, and HGTV. The company's websites, www.dancescape.com and www.dancescape.TV, have been featured in such publications as Time Magazine, Smart Computing Magazine, and the Globe and Mail.

danceScape is a provider of dance-based learning and entertainment services. Our mission is to inspire, empower, and connect people who have a passion for dance and the creative arts experience.
danceScape's core learning programs include its "For Absolute Beginners" series which focuses on Ballroom, Latin and Salsa Dancing, as well as "danceTONE", a trim-and-tone program for women only, incorporating Salsa, Merengue, Cha Cha and other dance steps.
danceScape will soon be launching its Associate Teacher Training and Licensing program, which is dedicated to mentoring dance or other creative artists into business entrepreneurs seeking to achieve financial independence.
danceScape was profiled recently on "Fortune Hunters", a business show on CBC Newsworld which explores new and emerging companies in hot industries. It will soon be featured on CBC Television's hit business show, "Dragon's Den". As well, the company's websites, www.dancescape.com and www.dancescape.TV, have been featured in such publications as Time Magazine, Smart Computing Magazine, and the Globe and Mail.
danceScape recently launched its "For Absolute Beginners Only Ballroom Dancing" 2-DVD instructional video set. It is currently being sold in the US through retailers such as Best Buy USA, Barnes & Noble, and Amazon.com. In Canada, the video will soon be able through the Dragon's Den Shopping site, at www.shopdragonsden.com.

Prior to founding danceScape, Robert was the Corporate Marketing-Communications Manager for a leading international software company with headquarters in Burlington and Boston. He has an MBA in Marketing from the Schulich School of Business in Toronto, and B.Sc. in Mathematics from McMaster University in Hamilton. Beverley was the Interlibrary Loans Manager and Systems Software Trainer for public libraries in Southern Ontario. She has an Information & Technology degree from Sheridan College.
